Shipping
Parcels are usually sent using the Royal Mail, but we reserve the right to use an alternative courier at our discretion. Low value orders are sent by the First Class Recorded Service, and higher value orders are sent using the Special Delivery service, which guarantees delivery by 1pm on the next working.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are based on the total order value, and cover the total cost of postage and packaging. It is calculated using the following scale.
